PALCO, A West Virginia distributor of Kohler Power Systems is seeking
a Service Advisor (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Responsibilities may include:
- Calling customers
- Scheduling Generator Repairs
- Scheduling Generator Routine Maintenance
- Handling billing issues
Requirements:
- Computer Skills
- Prior experience of scheduling and repair
- Mechanical experience preferred
- Multitask and process driven
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- This is a fast-paced environment
Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.
Typical shift is M-F 800am-500pm, but may require overtime as dictated by the needs of the business.
