Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Develop and nurture relationships with local organizations and businesses to advance Palco Choice’s initiatives.
- Represent Palco Choice at community events, meetings, and other gatherings to foster brand awareness.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and community-focused events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, social media content, and press releases.
- Organize and manage community events, such as health fairs, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify community needs, preferences, and trends to guide marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and representation of Palco Choice’s values.
Secondary:
- Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan
- Relays new client details and care plan to staffing department to ensure appropriate Caregiver matching
- Set tasks for follow up and direct the lead management process for prospects as directed
- Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care
- Owns all aspects of client relationship for the first 30 days.
- Conduct client/Caregiver introductions with every new client
- Create new client records in the current operating system and in SharePoint
Education and Experience
- Some college preferred
- One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- One year experience in a marketing role.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills is essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work
- Ability to establish good working relationships with office colleagues, the franchise owner, clients, and the community
- Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as required
- Knowledge of the senior-care industry
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Travel is required using your own personal vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel in the Central Arkansas region.
- Criminal background checks and maltreatment checks required.
