We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Product Management to lead our product team across multiple lines, driving innovation in healthcare technology, particularly in home care, payroll, and billing solutions. This role is pivotal in defining and executing product strategy, overseeing roadmap development, and ensuring seamless collaboration across IT, engineering, sales, marketing, and client engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Develop and drive the overarching product strategy across all product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of product roadmaps, balancing innovation with business priorities.
- Establish best practices in product management and ensure a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 7-8 product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and collaboration.
- Define team goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to track success.
- Promote an agile, high-performance product management environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering, IT, sales, marketing, and client engagement teams to bring innovative products to market.
- Work with engineering to ensure high-quality product delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Advocate for a customer-first approach, leveraging insights and analytics to drive product decisions
- Innovation & Market Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction.
- Champion continuous improvement, pushing for cutting-edge solutions in home care, payroll, and billing technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product usability, scalability, and differentiation.
Qualifications
5 years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.- Experience in healthcare technology, home care, payroll, or billing solutions strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile product teams.
- Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare software companies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks.
