Location : Remote (WFH) within the United States. For tax and compliance purposes, this role is open to candidates that will work or reside in the following states : AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

The Opportunity
An E-Commerce Video Specialist is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness on online retail platforms. This role involves producing high-quality product videos, advertising clips, and other visual content tailored to the target audience. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing, creative, and paid media teams to ensure that the video content aligns with the brand’s messaging and marketing strategies. Additionally, they analyze performance metrics to refine video content strategies, enhance user experience, and maximize conversion rates across various digital channels.
Essential Functions

- Video Production : Create engaging, high-quality video content for our YouTube ads and other social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), utilizing both pre-recorded and self-shot footage.
- Video Editing : Edit everything from cinematic to UGC video content with precision, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimizing for various ad formats.
- Ad Creative Development : Collaborate with the Paid Media team on video concepts and scripts tailored to our target audience and marketing objectives.
- Performance Analysis : Optimize ad videos based on campaign learnings and key analytics.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other video editors to align video content with overall campaign strategies and goals.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position during regular business hours in the employee’s time zone. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position does not require travel.
