This position is responsible for supervising a team of direct reports and overseeing all hourly warehouse employees. We are committed to making delicious, high-quality products that do not cut corners.
As a Warehouse Inventory Lead, you will manage and supervise a team of warehouse employees in a temperature-controlled fulfillment center. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the facility and working onsite in Clinton, AR.
Our goal is to support our customers with better alternatives to the health-damaging junk foods and synthetic supplements lining the grocery store shelves. We source from certified organic farmers using regenerative agricultural practices.
We are looking for a leader with natural problem-solving abilities who wants to be a part of two growing ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, including warehouse supervisory experience and management of a storage warehouse or 3PL.
