What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Manager position at Paleovalley?
At Paleovalley, we are passionate about supporting regenerative agriculture by expanding the market for grass fed and pasture-raised meats. As a Warehouse Inventory Lead, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this mission.
Job Description:
- Manage all day-to-day operations for the facility and work onsite in Clinton, AR
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees in a temperature-controlled fulfillment center
- Fulfillment services include both B2B orders consisting of building pallets for bulk shipments and D2C orders which consist of building orders for customers
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, including warehouse supervisory experience and management of a storage warehouse or 3PL. They should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and modify priorities accordingly.
We make great use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, but there is still some lifting required. Also, some of our customers with large families regularly have 40 lb deliveries. The employee must be able to analyze basic warehouse needs and purchase what is needed.
