When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join our team on 1st shift.
- 1st- 6am to 3pm
What you’ll do…
- Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
- Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programmable devices.
- Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 5 years’ experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
- Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
- Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
- Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
