We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – ERP Financials to take ownership of implementing, optimizing, and managing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions with a focus on financials. This position allows you to work autonomously while collaborating with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and financial process improvements. What you’ll do…
This role is based in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley at Villa Palermo, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility adjoining our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery that produces best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
This is primarily an on-site role, as in-office collaboration is essential for team engagement and project success. Flexibility to work remotely may be available when business needs allow. Additionally, you may be required to support our facilities in Jefferson, WI, and West Milwaukee as necessary to ensure seamless system operations and business continuity.

What you’ll do…
- Analyze financial workflows and develop structured, data-driven solutions in Oracle Fusion ERP to improve efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders while maintaining a focus on results and process optimization.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot financial system functions with precision and accuracy.
- Deliver clear, instructional training to finance teams, ensuring effective system adoption.
- Leverage data insights to improve financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Operate in a fast-paced, structured environment, driving continuous process improvement.
- 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials solutions.
- A deep understanding of financial business processes related to accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, financial system improvements, and ERP automation.
- Strong ability to train, support, and interact with teams, making technology accessible and user-friendly.
- A background in financial enterprise system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- You are a people-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and working with finance teams.
- You bring structure and clarity to task-oriented projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You have a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail in financial systems.
