Outside Sales Representative Who you’ll work for… Palermo’s Pizza, a family-owned and operated company, has been delivering high-quality frozen pizzas for decades. As a leader in the frozen pizza industry, we pride ourselves on using innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset to consistently produce products that delight both industry experts and consumers. Join our team and become part of a tradition that’s both rewarding and fun! What you’ll do…

  • Be the face of Palermo's in the field, introducing our delicious products to breweries, taverns, bowling alleys, and restaurants across the Greater Milwaukee area.
  • Use the company-branded freezer van to deliver products, conduct on-site product demonstrations, and showcase our pizzas.
  • Cold-call, pitch, and close new business-- then keep the relationship hot with regular visits and pizza love.
  • Become a trusted partner to owners and bartenders by listening to their needs and showing how Palermo's fits their vibe and boosts their bottom line.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics and warehouses to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Organize your sales territory for maximum efficiency, including scheduling visits, mapping routes, and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to last-minute order requests and adjust plans accordingly to meet customer demands.
  • Track and report sales activity using CRM tools, and participate in weekly sales meetings to share progress and strategies.


Where you’ll work… This position offers a hybrid work environment. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, but you’ll also be required to come to the Milwaukee office as needed for meetings, product pickups, and team collaboration. Local travel is a significant part of the role, involving potential-customer visits, making cold calls, and establishing new business in the Greater Milwaukee area. When you’ll work… This is a full-time role with office hours typically in the morning to manage logistics and sales planning, and active sales work in the afternoon to meet with customers during peak business hours. Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the food and beverage industry or a similar direct sales role.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a cold environment.
