1st-6am to 3 pm
2nd- 2pm to 11pm
3rd- 11pm to 7am
Pay range is $27.00 - $44.80 per hour with $5.00 shift premiums on second and third.

- Located in West Milwaukee, our 3rd and newest 210,000 square foot, state of the industry baking facility
- Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operation is adding another baking line that will produce best in class crust for our delicious pizza production.
- Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%.
1st-6am to 3 pm
2nd- 2pm to 11pm
3rd- 11pm to 7am
Pay range is $27.00 - $44.80 per hour with $5.00 shift premiums on second and third.
What you’ll do…
- Support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
- Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programable devices.
- 20 free Pizzas per month

- Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 6 years’ experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
- Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
- Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
- Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
Salary : $27 - $45
