What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Palermo Union Elementary?
The Palermo Union Elementary School District will provide training to obtain a California Bus Drivers Certificate.
The Bus Driver position is a 4 hour - split shift. Drivers are eligible to combine other vacant positions in the district (instructional aide, food service, etc) in order to qualify for benefits. The district operates 4 school sites: Helen Wilcox, grades TK through 3rd, Golden Hills, grades 4th through 5th, Palermo Middle School, grades 6th through 8th and Honcut, grades Pre-K through 3rd. The District employs 98 certificated staff members, 102 classified staff members and 15 confidential/classified management and certificated management staff members.
