This cutting-edge facility will feature the latest in high-tech production lines, advanced automation, and modern food manufacturing equipment to elevate your work experience.
While the new site is being finalized, you’ll train and work at our established Canal Street location in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley.

When you’ll work…
1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Saturday (with possible Sundays)
Overtime available!
What you’ll do…
As an Operator A, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our high-speed dough and production lines running smoothly and efficiently. This requires greater technical knowledge, precision, and ownership of equipment performance than an Operator B.
- Operate and adjust complex production machinery with minimal supervision
- Perform equipment setups, monitor for performance and flow, and make real-time adjustments
- Monitor product weight, appearance, and quality to ensure all standards are met
- Check the area around machines for proper housekeeping, equipment safeties and safeguards, necessary tools, and adequate supplies
- Ensure all applicable machinery is set up and functioning properly for an on-time startup
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the shift
Why you’ll be successful…
- You’ve got at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting, and you’re ready to step up to a more technical role.
- You have a proven ability to understand how machines work and what it takes to keep them running smoothly.
- You use your technical skills to ensure consistent, efficient, and productive shifts.
- You’re enhancing your knowledge of food manufacturing to consistently produce high-quality products.
- You’re a team player with strong communication skills and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude to help the entire Palermo’s team succeed.
