The Financial Counselor is responsible for notifying patients and/or guarantor regarding patient financial estimates. This role also arranges payments at the time of service or secures enrollment in approved financial payment plan.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years in customer service field, preferred in a healthcare environment.
