- Install service body on truck chassis utilizing a pre-defined set of work instructions.
- Install power take off and hydraulic pump.
- Install service crane onto service body.
- Perform 12v electrical wiring to connect crane to chassis body builder interface.
- Install and wire all required work and safety lighting, as well as all accessories required by end user.
- Perform functional testing of the crane and all installed accessories.
- Perform final stability testing of the crane.
- Strong, mid-level proficiency in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring. Prior experience working on heavy equipment, farm equipment, or car/truck mechanic experience is preferred.
- Must be physically able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 75lbs for extended periods of time.
- 2-5 years’ experience as a mechanic.
- Must speak, read and write English.
- Must supply own tools.
- Must be available to work overtime including weekends.
