Industrial Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate various aspects of industrial engineering, including fixture design, project planning, and process development.
• Provide engineering support and guidance to the Continuous Improvement and Quality departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development of processing plans, routing structures, work center structures, methods, designs, materials handling, manpower requirements, time studies, and cost analyses.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of long- and short-term processing plans while ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely project completion.
• Represent the department internally and externally, supporting cross-plant initiatives and preparing technical reports, proposals, and studies.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industrial experience.
• A strong background in Lean Manufacturing and experience in a continuous improvement environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred), along with general CAD knowledge (Pro-E, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external colleagues.
• Flexibility to adapt to change, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
