For our team at the Lengau location, we are looking for a specialist in the field of customs who will support us in both operational business and actively drive the development and optimization of our processes.
Your responsibilities
- Contact person and interface for customs-related matters (internal and external)
- Optimization of our master data, system, and process landscape in the area of customs & foreign trade data
- Classification of the entire article master of all product lines and regions, as well as the creation of preference calculations and supplier declarations
- Participation in projects for the global optimization and standardization of the customs organization
- Active participation in the restructuring of the department
- Completed training as a freight forwarding agent or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of customs, ideally in an internationally active company
- Experience in process optimization and with SAP; certification as a customs specialist is a plus
- Strong communication skills and initiative; motivation to actively shape things
- Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel (10%)
