We're looking for a Materials Management Administrator to manage inventory data, procurement, and vendor information at our brand-new Parts Hub in Huntley, IL. Your Responsibilities
- Determine the right vendors for parts and materials, handle procurement, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Calculate selling prices, create new part numbers, and ensure accurate bill-of-materials and stock kit orders.
- Track goods receipts vs. inventory, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and coordinate with finance.
- Manage inventory levels in SAP, process transfers, and adjust stock as needed.
- Work with receiving to address material issues, coordinate replacements or credits, and maintain vendor relationships.
