PALFINGER is searching for a Product / Customer Support Technician to provide technical service / support and training for dealers and service partners. We are located at 341 NW 122, Oklahoma City, OK. This position reports to the Sales Operation and Fulfillment Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose service issues via phone and email.
- Responsible for following up with callers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Oversee all product field test activities in partnership with end users.
- Conduct emergency and planned service visits, prepare service reports, liaison with second level support, provide information for warranty claims.
- Lead or assist with special projects, e.g., documentation, development of service tools.
