Job Summary :
Contribute to the success of Palisades Tahoe by assistingmanager in execution and oversight of restaurantoutlet operations. Superviseactivities and assist employees as directed by manager. Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Hourly :
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of thePalisades Tahoe Resort, LLCs hourly pay range for this position. Actual paywill vary and may be above or below the range based on various factorsincluding but not limited to experience, education, training, location, meritsystem, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regularandor necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of PalisadesTahoe Resort, LLCs total compensation package for employees. Other rewardsmay include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specificbenefits. Base hourly pay range : $22.60 - $29.38 per hour

Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDutiesTasks
include the following; otherduties may be assigned :
Assist in managing a team of employees.
Assist in supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Comply with Federal and California Labor law in all phases of the payroll and employment process; from hiring through termination, as well as all Company policies & procedures.
Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure customers and employees are treated courteously, safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean and orderly food and beverage facilities at all times. Assure compliance with all health and food, CFRA regulations.
Assist with menu planning.
Manage inventory and stocking of food items. Issues written and oral instructions.
Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Perform or assist subordinates in performing duties.
Competencies and Job Requirements :
Required :
Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with others Working knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and POS system
Able to lead and direct employees and serve customers under intense conditions.
Education and Experience :
Required :
High School Diploma or GED
Three years experience in F&B; operations, as well as knowledge of service standards, experience in a resort facility, high volume production operation related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years management experience Must have current drivers license and clean driving record. Preferred
Bachelors Degree
