Palisadium Swim and Gym is seeking a reliable and certified Lifeguard to join our team. As part of our elite facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all patrons using the pool. If you have strong swimming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Provide emergency care and first aid as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
- Communicate effectively with staff, swimmers, and parents.
Qualifications:
- Lifeguard Certification (Required)
- WSI or USA Swimming certification (Preferred)
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures.
- Ability to stay alert, act quickly in emergencies, and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
