POSITION PROFILE
The Corporate Information Technology Coordinator will help coordinate and manage the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. This position reports to the Managing Director of Information Technology.

THE TASK AT HAND:
- Supports and manages IT operations systems including property management, point of sale, Wi-Fi, access control, security cameras and other systems
- Assist with IT projects, including deployment of new systems and properties
- Create and helps manage user access for all IT systems
- Assists in monitoring performance of IT systems
- Help define IT SOP’s.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
- Resolve and address IT tickets while prioritizing requests based on merit and urgency.
- Provide off hour support and flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs. This position requires weekend and evening coverage.
- Travel required for property visits, openings, and special projects.
- Follow IT SOPs and ITIL standards for change management, user access management, and PCI compliance standards
- Responsible for day-to-day support and the smooth running of all computer systems and applications to ensure that users obtain maximum benefits.
- Prioritize and manage continual open cases at one time including troubleshooting systems, applications, and hardware and finding solutions for routine issues and implementing them.
- Anticipates and responds appropriately to frequent demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles.
- Work with the operations teams on hotel openings, making sure all IT infrastructure is in place for the start of hotel operations.
- Travel to properties as needed for IT projects and hotel openings.
- This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- This is a full-time position, consisting of a minimum of 40 hours per week with hours worked as needed to complete all tasks. Evening and weekend work is required.
- Position will be required to travel to hotel locations on occasion for training, IT projects, and other needs.
