The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for the manufacturing, planning and scheduling of media manufacturing to be used in the Purification department. This role will work cross functionally with all aspects of the organization including Safety, Quality, Engineering, Planning and Operations.
This position is part of the Purification Department and will be located in the Pall Cortland facility in Cortland, NY.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Identify and complete tooling design requirements in collaboration with manufacturing engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Develop process controls and quality checks that ensure continuous manufacturing of products to quality standards with the assistance of the manufacturing and quality engineers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Associate degree in chemistry or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Comprehensive understanding of production planning and scheduling
- Fluency in MS Excel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Continuous Improvement DBS tools

The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
