The Sr. Manager Services - Americas has a leadership role at Pall's Service organization, reporting to the Global Service leader.
The incumbent is expected to drive a culture of exceeding customer expectations to deliver outstanding customer service, thus accelerating Pall hardware placements and service revenues.
This role will build cohesive relationships with the Commercial teams of Energy and Food & Beverage Business Units, Engineering, Product Support, Inside and Outside Sales, and Customer Service.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develops a growth strategy for the Americas aftermarket business through partnering with the Commercial team to develop market analysis and go-to-market, needs-based segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Effectively prices and positions Service products / agreements; supports service order negotiations with customers and order closures.
- Owns the Americas Service P&L and drives action to achieve annual orders, sales, margin, and OPEX targets. Reports a weekly / monthly forecast across all KPIs.
- Manages the field team capacity and utilization of service assets to optimal levels to deliver the service backlog.
- Develops the field team to seamlessly execute and generate leads offer and sell service agreements.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
