The Director of Materials will be responsible for developing and implementing global materials strategies that align with Pall's overall business objectives. This includes:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive materials plan that drives business growth and excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation.
- Leading the development and implementation of global commodity strategies.
- Managing the deployment of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools within the materials organization.
This role also requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop planning, purchasing, receiving, warehouse, and shipping teams.
