Specific Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensuring Excellent Service Quality at your Account.
· Preparing and Managing the Weekly Work Schedule
· Preventing Open Posts and Responding to Service Emergencies
· Preparing the Weekly Payroll
· Fielding & Resolving all Service & Personnel Issues
· Conducting Random, Unannounced Site Inspections
· Accepting On-Call Responsibility: One Weekend Per Month
· Ensuring that All Security Officers are Fully Trained
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried-Exempt
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Comparable Industry Experience: 3-5 Years
Military Experience: Preferred, Not Required
