ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to collaborate closely with our Engineering team in driving key company objectives and technical strategy. This role presents an opportunity to shape a next-generation logistics business that supports hard working Americans in a critical industry. It demands high expectations, significant autonomy, and a profound sense of responsibility. You will be tasked with :
- Driving multi-quarter, cross-team technical strategies and roadmaps for Pallet that align with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Spearheading critical business and technical initiatives, such as :
- Scaling key systems to meet the demands of our growing customer base, products, and engineering team (e.g., report generation, notifications, caching, permissions, financial reporting).
- Introducing customer-facing optimizations, from workflow automations to routing optimization algorithms.
- Cultivating a robust engineering culture by exemplifying excellence, mentoring teammates, and maintaining high standards for engineering practices.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE
150,000-$250,000 plus generous equity
