Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
- Greet visitors.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, such as paying bills and managing accounts.
- Create reports.
- Run errands as needed to support office operations, such as picking up mail or dropping off deposits.
Qualifications
- Strong organization skills and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office and learning new software. Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
