Machine Operator/Forklift Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machines and forklift certified . This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and adherence to OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

The responsibilities include

· Cutting Wood

· Assembling Custom Pallets/Crates

· Utilizing lumber mill machinery

· Loading Pallets

Sorting

MUST HAVE-

Knows how to read measuring tape

Must have active phone for communication purposes

Transportation to and within 10 miles of Fremont, NE

Valid Driver’s License

Will work without direct supervision

Commitment to safety

Meet the physical requirements of the job including long periods of standing, bending, and lifting lumber, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Situational awareness, manual dexterity and good judgment.

Must have good attendance, a good work ethic and ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Good to have-

Bilingual

Forklift Certified

Sawmill or Mechanical experience

Can read

Heavy equipment knowledge

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
