Join our warm and welcoming childcare center located in Kendall near the Miami Zoo! We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Teacher to provide nurturing and educational experiences for our young learners. This position offers competitive pay of around $15 / hour with flexible scheduling options including fulltime (8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM) or parttime (8 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM).
Tasks
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engaging and ageappropriate lesson plans.
- Ensure a safe clean and stimulating environment for children.
- Foster the social emotional and cognitive development of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their childs progress.
- Comply with VPK and childcare regulations and standards.
- Provide handson activities that promote curiosity and learning.
Requirements
Requirements :
CDA Certificate (minimum 120 hours)
VPK Courses completed including VPK Instructor Emergent Literacy
CPR Certification
45 hours of Child Care Training
At least 1 year of experience in childcare or teaching
Fluent in Spanish and English
