Contador/Accountant-Full time

A vibrant restaurant group based in Little Havana, Miami, is looking for a dedicated Controller/Accountant to oversee financial operations and support the growth of our thriving business. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Annual salary: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience).

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accurate financial performance tracking.
• Oversee tax compliance and work with external auditors as needed.
• Implement and maintain efficient financial systems using QuickBooks Online.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience( plus in the restaurant or hospitality industry)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Energetic and adaptable to a demanding work environment. The nature of this role requires someone who can keep up with the fast pace of the restaurant industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
