- Meet production goals and objectives for new business.
- Writing Homeowners Insurance.
- Prospect new business opportunities via phone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, present proposals, and close sales.
- Build ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, car dealerships, etc.
- Stay updated on new insurance products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in writing Homeowners Insurance.
- Must hold at least a 4-40 or 2-20 license.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, quoting, and binding new insurance coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, honest, and has reliable transportation to work.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
