We are looking for a bilingual (SpanishEnglish) insurance agent to join our insurance office located in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a 440 or 220 license. The pay rate is between $18 to $20 per hour fulltime.

Tasks

Responsibilities :

  • Meet production goals and objectives for new business.
  • Writing Homeowners Insurance.
  • Prospect new business opportunities via phone networking and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes present proposals and close sales.
  • Build ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents mortgage lenders title companies car dealerships etc.
  • Stay updated on new insurance products.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in writing Homeowners Insurance.
  • Must hold at least a 440 or 220 license.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines quoting and binding new insurance coverage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable honest and has reliable transportation to work.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
