What You’ll Be Doing
- Book & Confirm Meetings: Your main goal is to schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers so our closers can seal the deal.
- Light Follow-Up: Touch base with prospects before each meeting to confirm they’re ready to talk.
- Engage Prospects: Introduce our services (SEO, Website Optimization, etc.) to businesses in a genuine, value-driven manner.
- Track Activity: Update leads and calls in our CRM—consistency and accuracy are key.

Requirements
- Fluent English Speaker: Clear and confident communication is essential.
- Phone-Savvy: Whether it’s cold calls or warm follow-ups, you should be comfortable talking by phone.
- Preferred Experience: B2B calling or customer service. (We’ll train you on our CRM and approach.)
- Technical Setup: Stable internet, quiet workspace, and the ability to use our virtual dialer.
- Sales Mindset: If you don’t genuinely enjoy selling and client outreach, this may not be the right fit.
Compensation: Hunter Hourly Plan
- $9/hour (up to 80 hours/month).
- $15 bonus for every booked meeting and $15 for every closed deal that results from the meetings you book.
- $200 bonus once you hit 15 attended meetings in a single month.

Mandatory KPI
