Requirements

Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
Comfortable talking on the phone (both cold and warm calls).
Previous experience in B2B calling or customer service is preferred, but not required.
CRM training will be provided (we supply the tools and leads).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Passion for sales is a must! If you don’t have a genuine interest in sales and client outreach, this might not be the right fit.

Job Overview

We are looking for B2B Appointment Setters to join our team! Your primary responsibility is booking and confirming qualified meetings with decision-makers so our closer can seal the deal. You’ll also do light follow-up before each meeting to ensure the prospect actually shows up.

Remote position with a flexible schedule (calls must be made during typical Eastern Time business hours).

We provide tools such as a virtual dialer, SEMrush, and Mailchimp for automated follow-up emails—so you can focus on setting great appointments.

You’ll get hands-on training, a detailed CRM with leads, and a paid 1-day orientation to help you get started.

Compensation : Hunter Hourly Plan

8 / hr (up to 80 hours / month) .

20 bonus per attended meeting you set .

20 bonus per meeting closed .

200 bonus after achieving 15 attended meetings in one month .

Mandatory KPI

We ask for at least 3 attended meetings per week. This helps keep your pipeline healthy and ensures you’re consistently engaging new prospects.

Tools & Materials Provided

CRM & Leads : All leads are fed into our system so you can easily track calls and follow-ups.

SEMrush : For researching and pre-qualifying prospects.

Mailchimp : Automated email follow-ups to free you from tedious manual work.

Virtual Dialer : All calls are recorded for training and quality assurance.

Paid Orientation & Room for Growth

Paid 1-Day Orientation : Familiarize yourself with our tools, process, and best practices.

Long-Term Potential : High performers can eventually move into higher-tier roles or negotiate customized pay structures as we grow. We value loyalty and reward consistent results.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound cold and warm calls to businesses, introducing our services (SEO, Website Optimization, etc.).

Schedule and confirm qualified meetings with decision-makers for our closer.

Perform a quick check-in 15 minutes before each meeting to ensure attendance.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM (we’ll track calls, leads, and meeting outcomes).

Target of 3 attended meetings per week—this ensures you stay on track with your monthly and bonus goals.
