Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related area
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related area
- Florida Teachers Certfication
- Educational Leadership Certification
- Minimum of five (5) years teaching (classroom experience).
- Experience managing and interpreting student data.
- Excellent written and verbal commiunication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all employees.
Duties
- Supports the School Principal in the overall administration of the school.
- Supervise teaching staff and support their professional development through coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies that meet diverse student needs.
- Oversee student discipline and behavior management, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Participate in fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives.
- Conduct classroom observations to provide constructive feedback aimed at improving instructional practices.
- Work closely with students, parents, and community members to foster positive relationships that enhance student success.
Skills
- Strong understanding of education administration principles and practices.
- Proficient in budgeting processes related to school operations.
- Experience in supervising staff and leading educational initiatives.
- Excellent public speaking skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of curriculum development processes that promote academic achievement.
