Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Instruction:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on medical assisting topics, including anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, patient care, medical office procedures, and clinical skills.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, to ensure students grasp key concepts and skills.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, practical exams, and assignments
Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with the program director to develop and update course materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards, certification requirements, and the latest medical practices.
Student Support:
- Provide individual guidance to students and assist with questions or difficulties in understanding course content.
- Offer mentoring and career advice to help students succeed in their studies and transition into the workforce.
Clinical Training:
- Supervise students during clinical rotations or in a lab environment, ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Certification:
