Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Representative located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Admissions Representative will handle inquiries from prospective students, provide information about our programs, and assist with the admissions process. The role involves guiding applicants through the enrollment process, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the Admissions Representative will participate in open houses and other recruitment events, and support the overall objectives of the academy.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills and experience in Sales
- Ability to support and conduct Training sessions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the education or health and beauty industry is preferred
