Assistant / Associate Professor of Management (Fall 2025)
SUMMARY: The Rinker School of Business seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor of Management. Responsible for a wide range of courses in management, including general education courses through upper-level and graduate level management courses. Position requires a strong commitment to teaching, Christian faith, scholarship, and to service. Position also includes normal responsibilities of faculty, including but not restricted to office hours, advising, and attendance at the Rinker School of Business staff meetings.
STATUS: Review of applications to begin immediately, but all applications will continue to be received and reviewed until the position is filled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned 18 graduate credit hours in management or a closely related business field.
- Interest and ability to teach Project Management along with Ethics and Leadership courses, among other required management courses.
- The ability and interest in teaching evening, day, online, and on-campus modalities within our undergraduate and Master of Business Administration program.
- A commitment and ability to teaching excellence and service to the School, the University, and the community.
- Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, or planned scholarly agenda, consistent with expectations of an AACSB-accredited program and integrated into teaching.
- A Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith into traditional coursework.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred: PhD in Management or D.B.A in a closely business-related field.
- Minimum: ABDs from an AACSB accredited institution.
