SUMMARY:
Palm Beach Atlantic University is seeking Volunteers for our Athletics Department.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITY:
Preferred:
- Coach experience.
- Plan and supervise games, practices, and events.
- Plan strategies and choose team members for each competition.
- Direct, encourage, and motivate athletes to prepare them for competitions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment while navigating multiple priorities simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience working in Athletics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
