We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders in Northwest Arkansas to accurately represent our brand, create positive salon environments, develop and train successful sales teams and management, provide our clients with exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability
