What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Paraprofessional – On-Call position position at PALM BEACH COUNTY?
This is paraprofessional/administrative work involving the internal and external coordination of contract reporting and the monitoring of several aspects of contract management including compliance issues for a large County department with a high volume of contracts. This employee shall maintain and track documents and assist with the contracting and facility use permit process. Work involves routine clerical duties and contact with internal management/supervision as well as numerous other County departments, outside agencies, and the public. Work is performed under general supervision. Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
Part-time position (20-25 hours per week) - M-F (hours flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
