The MClub Attendant greets guests and helps them with their needs and plans. Answers guest questions and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management. Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management.
This is a Food & Beverage position. The MClub Lounge Attendant sets up, restocks, and breaks down the MClub Lounge food and beverage station. Maintains the lounge during hours of operation, including attending to guests' needs. They are responsible for cleaning the MClub and ensuring a positive guest experience through anticipating guest needs.
