Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical and emotional needs of pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- One (1) year recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- American Heart Association BLS, PALS, & NRP certifications.
