Summary
Radiology Tech / Radiology Technologist operates Radiology equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Radiology Tech / Radiology Technologist operates attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.
Qualifications
Education
Required : Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
Preferred : Associates degree
Experience
Required : Six months experience in OR, trauma and pediatrics. Radiology Tech / Radiology Technologist may include student clinical rotation completed at St. Mary's or like facility.
Certifications
Required : ARRT or registry eligible; must have ARRT within one year post graduation; BLS, state license if required
Minimum of 2 years Radiology experience required for sign on eligibility
Current employees of the Unit have seniority priority for consideration
Candidates in unit have priority based on unit seniority
