What You'll Do:
- Cut, fit, and weld metal components with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Work with various tools and fabrication equipment
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Take ownership and pride in your craftsmanship
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a fabrication shop environment
- Skilled in MIG/TIG welding and general metalwork
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and reliable
- A team player with a great work ethic
Pay: Based on experience
