Your Role as an LPN :

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to provide top-tier care to our residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary.
  • Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
  • Perform duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, and staff, adhering to HIPAA policies.

  • A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
