Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Palm Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Receive and redirect calls to the appropriate department or employee.
- Call Management: Transfer calls to voicemail when employees are unavailable.
- Clerical Support: Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- General Office Duties: Handle faxing, filing, copying, and mail distribution.
- Facility Information: Provide callers with important information such as directions, fax numbers, and the facility website.
- Additional Support: Assist with other clerical tasks as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of customer service or office/clerical experience.
- Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Personality: Customer-focused, adaptable, approachable, and able to handle new tasks independently.
- Bonus: Experience in a nursing home environment is a plus!
