What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Maintenance position at Palm Beach Stratford Condominium Assoc.?
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and grounds
- Take recyclables out daily from floors
- Respond to requests from tenants and address issues promptly
- Keep pool area orderly and clean
- Help maintenance with any cleaning issues that should arise
- Check apartments of tenants not in residence
