What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations with a focus on maintaining a high-energy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for both your team and guests.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated individuals to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Lead your team to success by driving sales and memberships with effective leadership and innovative strategies.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and handle daily administrative tasks such as paperwork and cash management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
• Promote the Palm Beach Tan brand both in-store and through local outreach, increasing traffic and building community awareness.

• Competitive base salary plus bonus and commission, with total compensation ranging from $50,000 to $55,000.
