What You'll Do:
- Manage the salon’s daily operations with a focus on creating a high-energy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and your team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Drive sales and memberships through effective leadership and strategy.
- Oversee budgeting, track performance metrics, and handle administrative duties like daily paperwork and cash management.
- Provide top-notch customer service to members and guests.
- Promote Palm Beach Tan both in-store and through local outreach to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle cash, budgets, and perform daily administrative duties.
- Must be comfortable with marketing, both in-store and face-to-face with customers.
What We Offer:
Base salary plus bonus and commission total compensation $50,000-55,000.
